TPoD Filters

This project focuses on design and fabrication of high frequency monolithic filters with low insertion loss and large bandwidth. The filters are fabricates on a stack of AlN on ultrananocrystalline diamond. In a monolithic filter, two different modes of a lateral-extensional resonator are coupled together to make a higher order filter.
