“Advancing technology one micron at a time!”

Micromechanical systems have achieved widespread application in areas such as automotive, consumer electronics, medical, and military industries. At Dynamic Microsystems Lab, our passion is to extend the application of hybrid integrated systems to new areas of technology such as RF, biomedical, clean energy, mechanical computation, etc.

Our expertise in the design and fabrication of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) combined with that of researchers in other fields of science such as nanomaterials and biology allows great potential for achieving our overall goal. These collaborative efforts aim to introduce novel solutions for complex technical problems of industries which depend on microsystems for their future transformative products.

Our lab is located in room 144 of the Helmerich Advanced Technology Center (HRC) at OSU-Tulsa. At HRC, we have easy access to state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities and multiple conventional labs.
